Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily parts department operations, including sales, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual parts sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, identify business opportunities, and recommend initiatives to increase revenue and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners to generate repeat sales and new business opportunities.
• Oversee the preparation of quotations, processing of customer orders, and timely delivery of parts.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment requirements to ensure parts availability and minimize overstocking.
• Ensure accurate recording of parts transactions, inventory counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of parts.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate parts personnel to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer concerns, pricing inquiries, and sales-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
