Role Description

The Parts Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila at a Hino Truck Dealership. This role is responsible for assisting customers and internal service teams with identifying, locating, and supplying the correct truck and bus spare parts. Day-to-day tasks include checking parts availability, processing parts orders, preparing and issuing invoices, and maintaining accurate stock records. The Parts Staff also monitors inventory levels, supports stock counting and replenishment, and ensures proper labeling and storage of parts in the warehouse and parts counters. The role involves coordinating with the service department, handling inquiries in person and by phone, and providing courteous, efficient support to ensure timely repairs and minimal vehicle downtime.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive or truck parts, including basic understanding of vehicle systems and part numbering or cataloging.
• Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, such as stock monitoring, ordering, and documentation.
• Customer service and communication skills for handling parts inquiries, explaining options, and supporting internal and external clients.
• Basic computer skills, including use of dealership systems, spreadsheets, and email for tracking parts and preparing reports.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate records, correct parts issuance, and orderly storage.
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, collaborate with service and sales teams, and manage physical tasks such as lifting or moving parts as needed.
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership, parts store, or service center is an advantage.
• Senior High School diploma or college-level education in Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
