Job summary
Career haven ph in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee stock levels, cycle counts, and replenishment for automotive parts across dealer and wholesale channels.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in automotive parts operations, with supervisory experience and strong Excel/ERP skills (NetSuite, SAP).
This role partners with the Parts Manager and suppliers to prevent stockouts and optimize fill rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 4+ years in Automotive Parts Operations, Dealership Parts Department, Inventory Planning & Control, Purchasing & Replenishment, Warehouse Operations, or Inventory Reconciliation
- 3+ years of supervisory/team leadership experience
- Experience with ERP/inventory systems (NetSuite, SAP) preferred
- Strong Excel and inventory analysis skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying discrepancies and replenishment risks
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and stock requirements
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock movements
- Conduct cycle counts and investigate variances
- Trigger replenishment orders and prevent stockouts/overstock
- Validate deliveries against purchase orders
- Coordinate parts availability for dealer and wholesale orders
- Analyze slow-moving and dead stock
- Prepare inventory, sales, fill-rate, and operational reports
- Supervise and mentor warehouse personnel
- Collaborate with Parts Manager, Warehouse Team, suppliers, and dealer partners
