Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Automotive Technology or related automotive/mechanical course.
• Experience in Parts Dept. (Auto Dealership) or auto supply/parts store.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Warehousing and organizational skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Parts Department according to KPI requirements.
• Oversee and track parts movement; collect reports from parts personnel.
• Coordinate with partsman for inbound and outbound reporting.
• Perform physical spare parts count in all Mindanao dealers.
• Review and analyze inventory reports for variances/discrepancies.
• Submit weekly reports to the parts manager.
• Assist with other duties as and when required.
