Job summary

ADA Manufacturing Corporation (ADAMCO) is seeking a motivated Parts Inventory Assistant to support the Centralized Parts Depot operations and CPMS implementation. You will help with spare parts handling, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch preparation.

The role covers receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, releasing, and monitoring of parts to ensure accurate records and timely distribution to branches, service teams, technicians, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years or more of relevant warehouse, inventory, logistics, or spare parts experience.
• Training in inventory monitoring, warehouse documentation, and order fulfillment; problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical components and equipment parts.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage if the position requires parts delivery or transfers.
• Can start ASAP

Parts Inventory Assistant

This position is requested to support the implementation of CPMS and daily operations of the Centralized Parts Depot by providing dedicated manpower for spare parts handling, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch preparation. This will help ensure accurate inventory records and timely processing of spare parts orders to avoid in fulfilling client orders. Parts Inventory Assistant provides administrative, inventory, warehouse, and logistics support for the centralized parts depot. The position is responsible for assisting in the receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, releasing, and monitoring of parts and supplies to ensure accurate and timely distribution to branches, service teams, technicians, and customers.
