Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an inventory clerk to perform counts and verify quantities of printer parts against purchase orders and delivery receipts. You will prepare and release required parts for multiple teams, update the parts system, and maintain orderly, labeled inventory with regular counts.

The role focuses on accurate counting, timely releases, and careful updating of the machine parts request portal to support ongoing operations and procurement needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related role.
• Verify and check actual count versus PO/DR/SI.
• Evaluate and recommend printer parts to order.

Responsabilidades

• Perform actual count of received printer parts orders based on PO versus Delivery Receipts/Invoices.
• Prepare parts for release by Technical, BDO and HO4 Team a day before required date.
• Release parts to concerned teams.
• Update tickets in the Machine Parts Request Systems portal.
• Process inventory count for printer parts.
• Organize and count inventory; monthly inventory of printer parts.

Job Description

• Perform the actual count of the received printer parts orders based on approved P.O. versus Delivery Receipts/Invoices of the supplier.
• Prepare all the parts requested by Technical, BDO and HO4 Team for release a day before required date. Release all requested parts to Technical, BDO and HO4 Team.
• Updating tickets in the Machine Parts Request Systems portal
• Process the inventory count for printer parts.
• Organizing and inventory counting
• Ensures proper organization of parts through proper arrangement and labeling. Conduct a monthly inventory count for printer parts.
