Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Partnerships Contract & Governance Specialist to conduct due diligence on merchant, vendor, and partner agreements and to manage the contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal and expiry.

You will verify commercial terms, maintain a centralized tracker, and coordinate approvals with Legal, Business Development, and Procurement. Strong attention to detail and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Partnerships, Contract/Vendor Management, Compliance, or governance.
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing contracts and terms.
• Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Business Development, and Procurement.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for documentation-heavy work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence reviews of merchant, vendor, and partner agreements prior to execution.
• Own end-to-end tracking of the partnership contract lifecycle, including renewals and expirations.
• Validate commercial and financial terms against approved guidelines and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain a centralized repository of all active partnership agreements and renewal dates.
• Coordinate with Legal, Business Development, and Procurement for required approvals.
• Support due diligence for onboarding of merchants, vendors, and partners.
• Investigate discrepancies in partnership paperwork and escalate as needed.
• Support governance or partnership-related projects as required.
