NYGC Services INC in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to review and draft company agreements such as Lease Agreements and Master Service Agreements. The role requires interpreting terms, negotiating where needed, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities include drafting MSAs, SLAs, and SOWs, maintaining up-to-date contract records, and applying strong analytical and confidentiality skills to protect the company’s interests.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Management or related field (JD preferred).
• Ability to draft agreements including MSA, SLA and SOW.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in contract review.
• Knowledge of negotiation best practices, in-person and written.
• Strong analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Review and interpret agreements such as Master Service Agreement and Lease Agreement.
• Draft and review contracts including SLA and Statement of Work.
• Support negotiation of terms and conditions to protect the organization's interests.
• Maintain and update contractual records and documentation.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with contract laws and policies.
