Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Sourcing Specialist (Indirect) to manage high-volume, low-to-mid complexity sourcing across corporate categories, ensuring governance and compliance while delivering value.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing events, negotiate contracts, assess third-party risk, and partner with Legal and internal stakeholders to optimize procurement workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sourcing or procurement in governance-driven environments.
• Experience managing sourcing events, negotiations and contract execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of vendor contracts and procurement platforms (SAP Ariba).
• Understanding of third-party risk in regulated industries preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for lower-spend, high-volume categories (e.g., professional services, HR, marketing, finance, IT).
• Lead the full sourcing lifecycle: intake, competitive events, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Review and negotiate contracts in collaboration with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate third-party risk assessments, AML checks, and compliance approvals.
• Ensure adherence to governance checkpoints and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve procurement issues and supplier escalations efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
• Drive process improvement and adoption of standardized procurement workflows and systems.
