The Partner Relationship Specialist is responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships that drive the adoption of enterprise and education solutions. This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for partners, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships, effective solution implementation, and alignment with business objectives. The position also involves developing technical presentations and documentation while continuously enhancing technical expertise through certifications and industry best practices.
Establish, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to promote enterprise and education solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and serve as the primary technical liaison.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify business opportunities and drive solution adoption.
Provide technical guidance, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations to partners and customers.
Create, maintain, and present clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support partners during solution deployment, implementation, and post-sales activities.
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to strengthen business relationships and technical capabilities.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices through continuous learning and professional certifications.
Participate in technical workshops, partner enablement sessions, and training programs.
Gather partner feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and services.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in technical account management, partner management, enterprise sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a related role.
Experience working with enterprise and education technology solutions is preferred.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and partner relationship development.
Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, cloud platforms, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of enterprise software, productivity tools, and education solutions.
Experience in technical documentation, presentations, and solution architecture.
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and cybersecurity concepts is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
Willing to travel for partner meetings, training sessions, and events as needed.
Demonstrates a passion for technology and continuous learning.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
