Job summary

Insight is seeking a Partner Management & Alliances Manager in a hybrid role (office visits once a week at Pasig City). You will lead Team Leads and Partner Management to drive growth, operational excellence, and partner success across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in leading a team and people management.
• Sales and marketing skills are an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
• Proven ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Team Leads and Partner Management teammates to achieve operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
• Oversee performance, productivity, and service delivery of the Partner Management organization.
• Develop and execute operational strategies, business plans, and initiatives that support growth and partner success.
• Drive accountability through performance management, coaching, talent development, and leadership development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sales teams, and key stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs, reporting, and data-driven insights.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and drive timely resolution.
• Partner with leadership to drive priorities and resource planning.

As a Partner Management & Alliances Manager at Insight, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, operations, and performance of the Partner Management function to drive business growth, operational excellence, and partner success. This role provides leadership to Team Leads and Partner Management professionals, ensuring alignment between organizational objectives, partner engagement initiatives, and operational execution.

The Manager develops high-performing teams, drives continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, manages key stakeholder relationships, and is accountable for achieving business objectives through effective leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do at Insight

• Lead and manage Team Leads and Partner Management teammates to achieve operational, financial, and strategic business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sales teams, and key stakeholders to align priorities and achieve shared business outcomes.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs, reporting, and data-driven insights, taking proactive action to address risks and opportunities.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex operational, partner, and stakeholder issues while ensuring timely resolution
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational priorities, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity across the Partner Management organization

What you’ll need to join Insight

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field, from four-year College or University
• 2-3 years’ experience in leading a team and people management. Administrative skills and experience of at least two years is required.
• Sales and marketing skills are an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and teamwork.
• Great computer system knowledge and moderate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
