Job Summary

Support KargaX’s partner network by sourcing, onboarding, and managing truckers/carriers in Zamboanga. Ensure smooth partner activation, compliance, and ongoing engagement to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage potential truckers/carriers for onboarding

• Conduct orientations, explain requirements, and assist in partner applications

• Ensure compliance with KargaX accreditation standards (documents, vehicle readiness, IDs)

• Coordinate with HQ for smooth account activation

• Track and report acquisition progress and challenges

• Serve as primary contact for accredited partners in Gensan/South Cotabato

• Guide partners on dispatch processes and documentation

• Monitor partner performance and compliance with safety and operational standards

• Handle partner concerns and elevate issues as needed

• Support partner retention through continuous engagement and relationship building
