Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage potential truckers/carriers for onboarding.
• Conduct orientations, explain requirements, and assist in partner applications.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards (documents, vehicle readiness, IDs).
• Coordinate with HQ for smooth account activation.
• Track and report acquisition progress and challenges.
• Serve as primary contact for accredited partners in Gensan/South Cotabato.
• Guide partners on dispatch processes and documentation.
• Monitor partner performance and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Handle partner concerns and escalates issues as needed.
• Support partner retention through continuous engagement and relationship building.
