Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an Australian mortgage brokerage (sales-focused).
• Strong experience using Broker Engine.
• Proven broker support, sales, mortgage processing, or client relationship management.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Strong phone presence and rapport building.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact clients to obtain outstanding loan docs.
• Follow up with borrowers to keep applications progressing.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process.
• Communicate with self-employed borrowers on complex cases.
• Manage active loan pipelines and resolve bottlenecks.
• Keep clients updated on status and requirements.
• Prepare and send professional client correspondence.
• Maintain client records in Broker Engine and other systems.
• Support brokers to ensure files are submission-ready.
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and credit team throughout the loan process.
