Rippedboxstation is seeking a part-time QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist in Metro Manila to support accounting and operations. The role involves handling sales and supplier invoices, banking reconciliations, and shipping coordination with international partners, all while maintaining precise records in QuickBooks and Excel.

The ideal candidate will have proven QuickBooks and Excel experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in data entry, invoicing, bookkeeping, or operations administration.
• Strong understanding of purchase orders, sales orders, supplier invoices, and payment processes.
• Ability to accurately compare supplier invoices against purchase orders and identify discrepancies.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial documents.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage sales orders, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and customer invoices using QuickBooks.
• Verify invoices and orders for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate customer and supplier payments.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping, including quotes, documentation, inspections, and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial, sales, purchasing, and shipping records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Perform daily journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly/year-end financial reporting.
• Ensure all transactions and records are accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
