Qualifications

• Knowledge of major social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook) and CMS basics.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and content creation workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Creative content ideas, marketing strategies, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Develop and support marketing materials including posts, captions, graphics, and promos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage and update website content, including announcements, service updates, blog posts, and basic revisions.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and customer preferences.
• Monitor social media performance and campaign results using analytics tools.
• Prepare marketing reports, insights, and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements, content, and updates.
• Support email marketing, online promotions, and other digital initiatives.
• Maintain organized marketing calendars, campaign docs, and digital assets.
• Perform other marketing-related administrative tasks as required.
