Job summary

You will develop calendars, coordinate with teams and partners, monitor performance, and help create content, emails, social posts, and assets, ensuring brand consistency. The role emphasizes project management, market research, reporting, and mentoring junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution and coordination.
• Experience with digital marketing channels including social, email, websites, and paid ads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Develop and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
• Support the development of marketing materials, content, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads, and other key marketing metrics.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and performance insights for management.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Help manage social media, email marketing, website updates, and other digital marketing activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing campaigns and communication channels.
• Manage multiple marketing projects while maintaining deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate events, promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to junior marketing team members when required.
