Lifesports Inc. is seeking a Part-time IT Analyst / Encoder to encode and maintain company data, provide basic IT support, and assist with system maintenance. The role is onsite in Merville, Pasay City, requiring a relevant degree and data-entry precision.

You'll work up to 8 hours daily with a daily rate of ₱767–₱805, paid per day. Proficiency in Excel/Word and willingness to learn new technologies are essential for contributing to data integrity and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in data encoding, IT support, or similar role is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, or business applications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and verification.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to learn new technologies and business systems.

Job Summary

The IT Analyst / Encoder is responsible for encoding and maintaining accurate company data while providing basic IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with the maintenance of company systems and equipment.

Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

Data Management & Encoding

Accurately encode, update, and maintain company records in internal systems and databases

Verify encoded information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

Review and correct data discrepancies as needed

Maintain organized electronic records while ensuring data confidentiality and integrity

Reporting & Documentation

Generate regular and ad hoc reports as requested by Management

Prepare data summaries and reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools

Maintain proper documentation of system records and data files

IT Support & Troubleshooting

Provide basic technical support for computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment

Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate unresolved technical issues with IT providers or vendors

Assist with software installation, system access, and other technical concerns

Monitor equipment functionality and report technical issues

System & Process Support

Coordinate with different departments regarding data, system, and technology-related requirements

Assist in maintaining IT equipment inventory and related documentation

Recommend improvements to data management processes and workflows

Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and information management procedures

Other Responsibilities

Perform other administrative, data management, and IT-related duties as assigned by Management

Work Arrangement & Compensation

Employment Arrangement: Part-time or freelance, depending on the agreed engagement

Work Schedule: Up to 8 hours per day, based on the agreed schedule and workload

Daily Rate: ₱767–₱805 per 8-hour workday

Payment Basis: Per day worked

Work Setup: Onsite

The final rate, schedule, scope of work, and engagement terms will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected applicant.
