Job summary

Lifesports Inc. in Metro Manila is hiring a Warehouse Personnel to handle picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks while ensuring order accuracy and timely deliveries.

You will unload shipments, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and support on-site deliveries as needed; the role requires at least 2 years in similar work, a high school or vocational graduate, and the ability to lift and work extended hours.

Qualifications

• At least a High School or Vocational graduate.
• At least 2 years of experience as Warehouse Personnel or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
• Physically fit and able to perform lifting and manual tasks.
• Good attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willing to work overtime and holidays when required.
• COE from previous employers may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Receive and unload shipments; arrange merchandise properly.
• Sort items by product code, size, type, and color.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and space utilization in the warehouse.
• Check orders for accuracy and product condition before dispatch.
• Prepare and load orders for shipping and delivery.
• Assist with customer deliveries on assigned routes when needed.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Personnel is responsible for picking, packing, checking, receiving, and organizing products while ensuring order accuracy, proper inventory handling, and timely deliveries. The role also assists with unloading shipments, physical inventory counts, warehouse cleanliness, and other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least a High School or Vocational graduate

At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Personnel, Picker/Packer, Pahinante, or in a similar role

With hands-on experience in warehouse operations

Physically fit and willing to perform lifting and other manual tasks

Good attendance record and strong work ethic

Responsible, hardworking, and reliable

Willing to work beyond regular working hours when required

Willing to render overtime, work on holidays, and report on days off when required by the company

Flexible with work schedules and able to adapt to changing operational needs

Must be able to provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) from previous employers

Duties and Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately based on quantity and product specifications

Receive and unload incoming shipments and properly arrange merchandise in designated areas

Sort and organize items according to product code, size, type, and color

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper space utilization within the warehouse

Check and verify orders for accuracy and product condition before dispatch

Prepare, pack, and load orders for shipping and delivery

Assist with customer deliveries on assigned routes when required

Inventory Management

Assist in physical inventory counts and stock checking

Help maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies when identified

Other Operational Support

Assist with cleaning, filling punching bags, collections, and other external transactions as assigned

Perform other warehouse and operational tasks that may be assigned from time to time
