Job summary

Pandoblox is seeking a Senior Accounting Consultant to be an embedded finance resource on client engagements. This part-time role offers flexible 4-hour blocks and remote work within the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA a plus), and strong ERP expertise (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks). You will manage close processes, reporting, and client collaboration while upholding Pandoblox standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years accounting experience in mid-size company finance function.
• Experience with two or more ERP platforms from NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR, GAAP reporting.
• Strong communication and client-facing experience.
• Comfort with part-time, 4-hour blocks.

Responsibilities

• Embed as client’s accounting resource to manage day-to-day priorities.
• Own month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records across ERP platforms and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare timely financial reports in the client’s format.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Pandoblox team.
• Document processes and ERP configurations for continuity.
