Job summary

Pandoblox is seeking a business-minded NetSuite Systems Admin to work with a fast-growing consulting team. You will serve as the NetSuite Administrator, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to improve the NetSuite platform and sustain integrations.

Responsibilities include acting as the technical contact for NetSuite, designing solutions, and delivering NetSuite enhancements across modules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite administration and development.
• Ability to translate high-level business needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Experience handling help desk issues like lockouts and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data scrubbing, reporting, and extraction tasks.
• Familiarity with ERP modules: financials, inventory, order fulfillment, multi-subsidiary accounting, etc.
• Extensive NetSuite customization, workflows, saved searches, and reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical point of contact for NetSuite and provide user support.
• Design and implement NetSuite solutions across modules per stakeholder needs.
• Architect, build and deliver NetSuite solutions to optimize usability and functionality (Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Cloud).
• Maintain user roles and access levels and assign permissions.
• Build and maintain forms within NetSuite.
• Perform other duties as needed by the role.
