Job summary

Virtual Champs Global is seeking an Appointment Setter for a part-time role in the Philippines. You will conduct outbound calls to warm leads, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified appointments for our closers.

The position requires strong communication, data entry accuracy in the CRM, and a proven ability to meet daily targets. Workload is 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a monthly rate of up to PHP 18,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Proven ability to conduct high-volume outbound calls to leads.
• Experience qualifying prospects with scripts or criteria.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments for sales reps.
• Working knowledge of CRM data entry and lead management.
• Proven track record of meeting daily targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Adaptable and coachable with feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads professionally.
• Qualify prospects using established criteria and scripts.
• Schedule qualified appointments into closer’s calendar.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs (calls, booked appointments, show rates).
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Follow lead management and scheduling processes.
• Collaborate to improve call strategies and conversion rates.
• Participate in coaching sessions and training.
• Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
