Job summary

HelloConnect in Puerto Princesa, Palawan is seeking a customer service professional with 1+ year in BPO to deliver exceptional experiences from our Palawan-based team. You’ll handle inquiries via email and phone, build rapport, and help customers through solutions with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/BPO (Voice and Email).
• E-commerce, Freshdesk and Subscription experiences are a PLUS.
• Flexible with schedule.
• Good email comms and CS skills.
• Positive energy and can-do attitude.
• Integrity and diligence.
