Sky Ads Inc. in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija is seeking a Performance Ads Specialist / Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. You will monitor performance metrics, adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives, and report results to the team.

You will work on-site, coordinating with Creative, Support, Training, and Management teams, ensuring accurate tracking pixels and conversion data while optimizing campaigns for ROAS and conversions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in media buying or paid advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads or Google Ads.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create, set up, and launch paid campaigns.
• Manage campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads.
• Review targets, budgets, creatives, and tracking before launch.
• Monitor multiple campaigns daily.
• Track spend, impressions, CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
• Analyze performance and optimize strategies.
• Coordinate with Creative, Support, Training, and Management teams.
• Ensure pixels and tracking are properly implemented.
• Prepare daily performance reports.
• Hand over campaigns between shifts.
