Job summary

BEMPU Health Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to run our paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will implement tracking, monitor performance, and report on what converts best.

You will work with predefined assets and receive strategy input from the team. This 6-month, full-time paid internship in Bangalore offers mentorship from the founder and hands-on experience in a mission-driven medical device company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience setting up campaigns in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
• Understanding of UTM parameters and conversion tracking.
• Comfortable using Google Analytics 4 or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Wire up UTM tracking correctly and consistently following internal tagging.
• Ensure conversion tracking and analytics are configured properly for trustworthy data.
• Review website session recordings and heatmaps to identify drop-offs.
• Run small tests on audiences, creatives and landing pages and report outcomes.
• Produce a weekly spend, cost per enquiry and cost per sale report with recommended changes.
• Flag any issues early to avoid end-of-month surprises.
