Job summary

Nestlé Philippines is seeking a Packaging Specialist to join our Packaging Services team on a fixed-term basis. You will help maintain packaging safety, regulatory compliance, and supplier alignment while driving packaging-related projects.

In this role you will support innovations, sustainability initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure uninterrupted production and compliant packaging across our supply chain in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in packaging development, packaging compliance, QA, regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of food-contact regulations and supplier compliance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in cross-functional, fast-paced environments is an advantage.

About the Role
