Job summary

Nestlé Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end factory logistics, from inbound materials to outbound dispatch, ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness.

You will drive Lean, digitalization, and continuous improvement across the factory supply chain. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, physical distribution, and manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, transportation, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
  • Training in Lean, SHE, ESG, Material Handling, and Digitalization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound, warehousing, inventory, and outbound logistics operations for materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure stock movement and inventory accuracy across internal and external warehouses.
  • Lead compliance with QSHE, Food Safety, Halal, ISO, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/service providers, transport partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage costs within approved budgets and drive Lean, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
  • Oversee scrap and material recovery operations, ensuring environmental compliance.

Job description

The Logistics Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end factory logistics operations, including inbound materials, warehouse management, inventory control, internal stock movements, production issuance, outbound dispatch, and material recovery activities. The role ensures operational efficiency, cost optimization, compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, Environment (QSHE) and Sustainability standards, while driving continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across the factory supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound, warehousing, inventory, and outbound logistics operations for raw materials, packaging materials, green coffee, auxiliary materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.

  • Ensure efficient stock movement, material issuance to production, and inventory accuracy across internal and external warehouses.

  • Lead compliance with QSHE, Food Safety, Halal, ISO, regulatory, and sustainability requirements, ensuring audit readiness at all times.

  • Partner with warehouse service providers, transport partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.

  • Manage warehouse, transport, asset, facility, and equipment‑related costs within approved budgets.

  • Drive Lean, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

  • Oversee scrap and material recovery operations, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications
