Job summary

Nestlé in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking an Internal Control Competency Center Sr. Specialist to lead end‑to‑end reviews, monitor control tools, and deliver actionable insights.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure ISMS controls are implemented and certified, while driving analytics using Power BI and Excel. The role requires a background in accounting, CPA is preferred, and experience in a multinational environment with strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Experience in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Finance and balance sheet expertise; controlling.
• Strong data analytics and risk/compliance mindset.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process reviews across markets with a cross‑functional and NBS perspective to identify meaningful opportunities and recommendations.
• Support Market and NBS in understanding control monitoring tools and identify tangible actions for gaps and opportunities.
• Review dashboards and analytics (e.g., KRI, Balance Sheet Integrity) to identify blind spots and opportunities and prepare insights for Market and NBS teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage deadlines, and ensure ISMS controls are implemented and certified.
• Facilitate training sessions on compliance, validate RPA and automation controls.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Conduct business process reviews with an E2E cross Market and NBS perspective helping to identify meaningful opportunities and recommendation.
• Support Market and NBS on understanding the control monitoring tools and identify tangible actions for gaps and opportunities.
• Review dashboards and analytics (ex : KRI, Balance Sheet Integrity), to identify blind spots and opportunities and anomalies, and prepare insights for Market and NBS teams.
