Job summary

Nestlã© in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking a Packaging Data Analyst with at least 2 years of procurement experience. The role focuses on packaging master data, data quality, and collaboration with suppliers and markets to support Nestlé's sustainability goals.

You will execute data collection, run PMPS checks, deliver trainings, prepare standardization efforts, and contribute to continuity planning while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related areas.
• At least 2 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in manage and prioritize workload.
• Experience in working in groups.
• Good interpersonal relationship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in working with SAP system.
• Basic understanding of Packaging data management.

Responsibilities

• Execute Daily Activities on time (Co-Man, Nestle Manufacturing, PMPS).
• Execute Testing of IT solutions within the Center; Report on completion.
• Escalate complicated cases for resolution to NBS Center SPOC or Packaging Data Management Coordinator.
• Analyze cascaded from IT Cluster File and perform checks, address open questions to Markets or Functional team.
• Perform PMPS checks using Macro functionality and address findings with needed corrections to Markets.
• Analyze BoM data, which is the source of Cluster file to have newest data available to avoid additional requests to Markets.
• Deliver Training to NBS Center teams as per identified learning points.
• Contribute to detailing and Execute Standardization and Simplification activities.
• Execute preparation to Business Continuity Management.
• Pilot new services (development of potential process flows/ improvements/ metrics).
• Propose improvements to IT Solutions to ensure Smooth End-user experience.
• Provide reporting and presentations as per request; Ensuring project quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate project related issues and variances.
• Execute PDP plans created in cooperation with the Line Manager.
• Follow and share best practices within NBS Delivery Teams.
• Promote and support NCE Mindset. Leverage and capture NCE potential.
• Execute activities out of Pack Data Management scope as per LM assignment.
• Execute other tasks related to S2P as per LM assignment.

A day in the life of...

Support in execution of Packaging Sustainability Master Data Foundation Deployment from NBS perspective. Key activities are related to Coordination of Packaging Master Data collection from Suppliers and Nestle Markets/Categories/Factories within NBS Center scope of responsibility and creation of Packaging Concept to support Nestlé Group Strategy and Sustainability Commitment – to make 100% of packaging recyclable or re-usable by 2025.

Execution activities expected from NBS Delivery Teams

• Execute Daily Activities on time (Co-Man, Nestle Manufacturing, PMPS)
• Execute Testing of IT solutions within the Center; Report on completion
• Escalate Complicated cases for resolution to NBS Center SPOC or Packaging Data Management Coordinator if required.
