Job summary

You will coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Accounting, prepare quotations and invoices, monitor orders, update records, and assist in meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Sales Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in packaging/manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of offset and corrugated packaging is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with accounts and daily operations.
• Prepare quotations, orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and production needs with internal teams.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Support achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries and after-sales support as needed.
