Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing/Sales or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; persuasive and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive P.O from customer via email or fax.
• Prepares Sales Order.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Advance Monitors of daily delivery schedule (HIT & MISSED).
• Receive and resolving customer complaints related to deliveries.
• Proactively get orders from customer.
• Get forecast order from customer and monitor daily.
• Make directory of all customers.
• Coordinate with sales, planning and shipping to manage delivery schedules.
• Prepares weekly sales report.
