Job summary

Shalom Packaging Corporation in Laguna, Philippines, seeks a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth handling of customer requirements, orders, and internal operations.

You will coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Accounting, prepare quotations and invoices, monitor orders, update records, and assist in meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Sales Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in packaging/manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of offset and corrugated packaging is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth coordination of customer requirements, order processing, and internal operations. The ideal candidate preferably has experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry and is knowledgeable in offset and corrugated packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in handling customer accounts and daily sales operations.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate customer orders, delivery schedules, and production requirements with internal departments.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and order updates.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting departments.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns and provide after-sales support when necessary.
• Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or related role.
• Preferably with experience in packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledgeable in offset and corrugated packaging products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
