Job summary

Lendi Group in Manila leads the Home Loan Packaging Team, delivering high-quality, assessment-ready submissions. This hands-on leader role combines daily queue management with coaching, quality oversight and stakeholder coordination to improve submission efficiency.

You will partner with origination, operations and third-party stakeholders to align on requirements, ensure clear status notes and drive continuous improvement via SOPs and readiness criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an operations or mortgage processing team.
• Strong knowledge of residence home loan documentation and submission quality.
• Ability to manage queues and improve throughput without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear file notes and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Packaging Team with clear productivity and quality expectations.
• Manage daily workflow, queue priorities and service levels to ensure timely progress.
• Oversee packaging quality, complete handoff notes, and submission readiness.
• Escalate complex files and gather missing information before handoff to assessment.
• Collaborate with origination, operations and third-party stakeholders on requirements and handoffs.
• Establish operating rhythm with daily reviews and weekly quality checks.
• Contribute to SOPs, readiness criteria and team controls as the function matures.
• Report on performance, rework themes, ageing files and launch risks to stakeholders.
