Job summary

Avon is seeking a Packaging Development Lead in Calamba, Laguna, to drive the end-to-end development and commercialization of packaging components. Qualifications

• Preferably 5 years of experience in FMCG within Supply Chain or relevant technical/commercial functions.
• Experience in packaging development, product commercialization, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges.
• Ability to manage product data details such as specifications, BOMs, and documentation.
• Experience working with suppliers, vendors, or contract manufacturers.
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Awareness or experience in sustainability practices and environmentally friendly design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and delivering results.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will play a key role in bringing new products to life by leading packaging development and commercialization within a cross‑functional team. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure packaging solutions meet quality, cost, and performance expectations while supporting smooth manufacturability. You will take ownership of resolving any packaging‑related challenges, maintain accurate product data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will also involve collaborating with suppliers, supporting their development, and driving sustainable solutions that align with Avon’s commitments to quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the end‑to‑end development and commercialization of packaging components across assigned product categories
• Managing component specifications, bills of materials (BOM), and product data accuracy
• Partnering with suppliers and contract manufacturers to deliver projects on time and to required standards
• Contributing to cost‑saving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Driving innovation in packaging solutions across product lines
• Supporting sustainability efforts, including environmentally friendly packaging, waste reduction, and resource conservation

What We’re Looking For
