Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Application Engineer to join the Manila office. The role focuses on configuring, customizing and integrating ServiceNow solutions, automating workflows, and ensuring stability across critical business systems.

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, monitor performance, and support upgrades and releases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong ability to configure, customize and integrate ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience scripting and automating workflows within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with APIs and web services to enable interoperability.
• Proficiency with low-code/no-code tools to build scalable solutions.
• Understanding IT service management principles related to ServiceNow.

Responsibilities
