You will collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals while preserving system compatibility and performance. Your role includes utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver effective and efficient application management.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Familiarity with application programming interfaces and web services to enable system interoperability.
• Ability to utilize low-code/no-code development tools to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Understanding of IT service management principles and best practices as they relate to ServiceNow implementations.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
• Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
