Job summary

Unilever site at BWPC Factory, Gateway, Cavite, seeks a Site Packing Engineer to lead end-to-end design and delivery of BU capex projects onsite. You will contribute engineering discipline expertise, drive FEED and Detailed Design, and lead execution through to handover, OTIF.

Role requires 5–10 years in civil-structural design and packing/installation, with proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D models, and MS Office, plus strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 5-10 years of experience in civil-structural design Lead Filling/Packing Design/Installation and Commissioning for medium/large size projects.
• Working knowledge of Thailand Engineering Standards.
• Project management and cost engineering proficiency; MS Office – Excel/Power Point/Word; working knowledge on Engineering software - AutoCAD, 3D’s.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Filling, Packing and EOL design and execution for medium and large size projects.
• Collaborate with BG/BU engineer, Design Institute, and CM to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Manage the CM consultant and construction contractors.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Ensure the project On time in full delivery, with 0 recordable safety incidents.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare detailed reports, blueprints, and documentation for project approval and permits.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and changes.

Job Title: Site Packing Engineer Location: BWPC Factory, Gateway, Cavite (Onsite)

Role Purpose

This role is a member of the Site Engineering Team, responsible for the end to end design and delivery of the BU capex project. The role will be responsible for contributing designated engineering discipline expertise to enable development of the Concept, FEED & Detailed Design for projects and lead the execution. The role will provide design inputs and execute the engineering design throughout the lifecycle of projects, and help lead the project complete execute, commission and handover projects OTIF.
