Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a Shared Services Center or BPO environment, particularly in F&A Activities.
• Required ERP experience in SAP environment.
• Transition or migration experience with gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Leads gap analysis for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) completion.
• Tracks project deliverables and timelines using Visio flowcharts.
• Communicates potential risks/issues with the TOAP team.
