Archipelago Design Ventures in Pasig on-site is seeking a General Manager to lead growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will oversee Business Development, Sales, Operations, Marketing and design, translating creative capabilities into sustainable revenue and strong client relationships.

This executive will own end-to-end P&L, set strategy, manage budgets, drive margins, and build a scalable organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall P&L and financial performance of Archipelago.
• Develop and execute the annual business strategy, growth plans and operating priorities.
• Translate the company's vision into clear commercial, operational and financial objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, gross margin, profitability, cash flow and overall business performance.
• Establish business targets, KPIs and performance management mechanisms across functions.
• Identify new revenue streams, markets and business opportunities.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Regularly review financial and operational performance and take corrective action.
