Job summary

Our Clients in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Vice President – Commercial Marketing to lead enterprise-wide marketing strategies that accelerate customer growth, strengthen brand leadership, and drive commercial performance.

You will oversee brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, CRM, and go-to-market execution, partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Digital teams to deliver integrated programs and measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership or executive role.
• Experience leading commercial/consumer/growth marketing in large consumer-focused organizations.
• Strong expertise in brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, CRM, and integrated marketing communications.
• Track record of driving customer growth, revenue, and market share through marketing strategies.
• Ability to translate customer insights into business strategies and manage large marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall commercial marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead integrated marketing initiatives across brand, digital, product, and lifecycle marketing.
• Drive customer growth through data-driven campaigns and strategic market positioning.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams on go-to-market execution.
• Oversee brand strategy, market segmentation, pricing support, product commercialization, and campaigns.
• Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across marketing technology, CRM, automation, and performance marketing.
• Manage marketing investments, agency relationships, media planning, and campaign performance.
