Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles.
• Proven track record in strategy execution, operations management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading large-scale environmental, sustainability, social enterprise, or impact-focused programs is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute strategies aligned with the organization’s mission, objectives, and long-term goals.
• Program & Operations Oversight – Lead operational planning and ensure effective delivery of programs, projects, and organizational initiatives.
• Business Development & Partnerships – Identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships with stakeholders, institutions, and potential funding or business partners.
• Financial Stewardship – Oversee budgets, resource allocation, financial performance, and overall sustainability of operations.
• People & Organizational Leadership – Lead, develop, and engage teams while strengthening organizational capability and performance.
• Stakeholder & Brand Management – Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the organization professionally across key engagements.
