Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Agriculture, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
• MBA is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive management experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or operations role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the assigned business cluster and ensure execution of operating plans.
• Drive strategic and financial performance, monitor budgets, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and operational leaders for a high-performance culture.
• Drive lean processes, continuous improvement, and risk management across units.
