Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager with deep P&C insurance operations experience to lead 100+ FTE across policy servicing, billing accuracy, and underwriting support.

You will drive performance, quality, and productivity, partner with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and Finance, own SOPs and regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable improvements through automation and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years insurance operations leadership (P&C strongly preferred).
• Experience managing large teams in complex environments.
• Strong command of insurance systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.)
• Proven track record of operational improvements and KPI governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 100+ FTE across policy servicing, billing accuracy, and underwriting support.
• Drive performance, quality, and productivity across all insurance workflows.
• Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and Finance.
• Own SOPs, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
