Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in health care or similar setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS systems.
• Ability to navigate career websites, job boards and ATS.
• Strong interviewing skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage fast-paced workloads.

Aufgaben

• Work with Talent Acquisition manager and hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies for all assigned vacant positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Human Resources to develop and create job descriptions.
• Post open positions on ATS and maintain accurate candidate movement and dispositioning.
• Update recruitment log accurately to reflect offer acceptances.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers via Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Proactively source passive candidates for aged or priority openings.
• Make recommendations to hiring managers on offers and employment terms.
• Attend recruitment functions virtually and/or in-person as needed.
• Assist in vendor management and process documentation (SLA/SOPs).
• Recommend process improvements to save time, reduce costs, and improve candidate experience.
