Amentum seeks a Ground Electronics Supervisor to support a unique US Navy program on Diego Garcia. You will supervise daily operations, oversee maintenance, and ensure readiness of ground electronics and related systems for mission operations.

The role requires English proficiency, ability to obtain necessary visas, and deployment readiness, with duties spanning training, documentation, and coordination across teams in a remote overseas setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in ground electronics maintenance, communications systems, avionics, or related technical fields.
• Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English to perform contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ground electronics systems and equipment.
• Oversee technicians performing inspections, repairs, calibrations, and system testing per Navy and Amentum standards.
• Ensure proper configuration, functionality, and readiness of electronic systems supporting mission operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations related to electronic systems and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and performance oversight for assigned personnel.
• Support installation, upgrades, and integration of new electronic systems or components.
