Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in construction materials or bulk cement.
• Strong network within construction and building industry is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Must be willing to work in Orion, Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for bulk cement sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction companies.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
