Job summary

Raffles Makati, a luxurious retreat in Manila's financial district, seeks a Hotel Manager to oversee guest services and outlet operations, ensuring adherence to corporate, regional, and local standards.

You will prepare reports, assist budgeting, monitor Micros, and lead and develop colleagues toward excellence. A Degree in Hospitality Management and at least five years of luxury hotel bar management are preferred; strong loyalty program knowledge and MS Office skills are desired.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in a bar at a luxury hotel.
• Service-oriented with high guest service skills.
• Knowledge of Opera and Micros systems.

Job Description

• Ensures quality guest service that adheres to the corporate, regional, and local standards through daily inspection of outlet functions and operations.
• Prepares reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate, participates in the budgeting process, and monitors Micros system.
• Trains and develops decision-making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an advantage.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant managerial experience in a bar at a luxury hotel is an asset.
• Service-oriented, high guest service skills, talent, knowledge, and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
• Strong working knowledge of loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications.
