The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managerial experience in a luxury hotel bar, strong loyalty program knowledge, and proficiency in Opera and MS Office. On-site role in Makati.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in a luxury hotel bar.
• Service-oriented with high guest service skills and leadership ability.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality guest service that adheres to the corporate, regional, and local standards through daily inspection of outlet functions and operations.
• Prepares reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate, participates in the budgeting process, and monitors Micros system.
• Trains and develops decision‑making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related fieldis an advantage.


• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant managerial experience in a bar at a luxury hotel is an asset.


• Service-oriented, high guest service skills,talent, knowledge, and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.


• Strong working knowledge of loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications.
