Work arrangement includes Work from Home/Work From Office across multiple Philippine locations. Ideal candidates have inbound BPO sales experience, cruise knowledge, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ months inbound BPO sales experience required.
• Call center and phone sales experience preferred.
• Cruise and travel experience preferred.
• Proven success in sales roles and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell cruise, tour and vacation products to members.
• Assist members in selecting vacations that suit them.
• Use consultative selling techniques during calls.
• Handle inbound member calls and inquiries.
• Meet monthly individual sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain confidential and accurate member data for transactions.
