Job summary

Cartrack delivers IoT-based operations technology across industries and seeks a driven Telesales Associate in Makati City to propel outbound sales, articulate product value, and build client relationships. You will join a growing team working with cutting-edge technology to drive revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Telemarketing or Telesales.
• Working experience in Telemarketing/Telesales in any industry is preferred.
• English and knowledge of Ilonggo or Bisaya is a plus.
• Strong self-motivation, adaptability and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Proactive and target oriented.
• Willing to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Telephone selling to reach out to potential clients through cold calls to new corporate and individual customers.
• Demonstrate how our products address client needs.
• Explore new markets and opportunities to sell products and services.
• Use pre-written scripts to showcase products and learn what their needs are.
• Keep up professional communication and secure sales appointments for follow-up.
• Update and record the customer information in a database.
• Create daily sales report and update.
